Only the Administrator and the Company Manager can open the Cérebro. Steps 4 and 5 are part of the Scale and Enterprise plans. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Step 1: Register the knowledge
Everything starts in Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties): the company information and the sources the AI consults. The checklist asks for at least three properties.Register the sources
- Register the company properties.
- Teach the AI with documents: PDFs and files the company already has.
- Teach the AI with questions and answers: the exact answer for the exact question.
- Teach the AI with your website: indexed and updated pages.

- Use knowledge base intelligence: what the AI already understands and what’s missing.
Step 2: Give it a personality
Personality is how the AI speaks and what it never does. There are three screens under Cérebro > Personalidade (Cérebro > Personality): Comunicação (Communication), Diretrizes (Guidelines), and Conformidade (Compliance), and together they complete this checklist step.Define how it speaks
- Set the tone of voice: formality, greeting, the brand’s style.
Define what it does and doesn’t do
- Create guidelines for the AI: behavior guidance.
- Create compliance rules: what the AI can never say or promise.

Step 3: Test what it learned
Before turning on any agent, talk to the AI inside the Cérebro. Ask what customers ask and check whether the answer comes from the right source.Step 4: Configure operations
Operations define when and how Tino acts: what hours it works, when it transfers and to whom, what it asks before acting, what data it collects, and what changes temporarily.Operations are part of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Without the plan, the screen opens with an upgrade notice.
The basics for Tino to provide support
- Set the AI’s hours and time zone.
- Configure routing: when the conversation goes to the team.
- Configure clarifications: what the AI asks before acting.
What the AI collects and records
- Configure contact fields: the data the AI saves to the profile.
- Configure contact statuses: the stages of the relationship.
- Provide temporary context: promotions, maintenance, events.
Step 5: Map processes
A process is a support path with steps: an exchange, a duplicate document, a scheduling. Quattro is the one who puts it in writing with you: you describe how the support happens, it asks about what’s missing, and it builds the steps, transitions, and outcomes. Once published, the process becomes the playbook that Tino follows and the rubric Scout uses to measure whether it was followed. Process candidates discovered in conversations reach you in Discoveries; nothing takes effect without your approval.Processes are part of the Scale and Enterprise plans.

Step 6: Review Tino’s suggestions
The conversation between Tino and the Cérebro goes both ways. With Tino handling support, the Cérebro starts receiving suggestions from it: new guidelines, clarifications, and routing criteria drawn from real conversations. Scout does the same with findings from its evaluations. Each screen shows the pending count. Accept what makes sense and decline the rest; nothing takes effect without your review.- The Cérebro explained: where the suggestions appear.
