Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who prepares it: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Connect a WhatsApp channel on the Unit
By default, a new Unit has no WhatsApp channel connected. Without a channel, the wizard’s Lançamento (Launch) step shows the warning Esta unidade não tem canal WhatsApp conectado (This unit doesn’t have a connected WhatsApp channel). Where to find it: Configurações > Canais (Settings > Channels).1
Open the channels screen
Go to Configurações > Canais.
2
Connect a number
Connect WhatsApp Business by QR Code or pairing code, or connect WABA (WhatsApp Business API) if you already have an official Meta account.
3
Confirm the status
The channel needs to show up connected to enter the campaign wizard’s list.
The wizard only lists channels of the current Unit that are connected. A channel from another Unit doesn’t show up, even if you have access to it.
Approve the opening template on WABA
This only applies to an official WhatsApp channel (WABA). By default, a new WABA channel has no approved template. Meta requires a pre-approved template to open a conversation through an official channel. Without an Aprovado (Approved) template, the wizard blocks campaign creation with the error Selecione um template de abertura aprovado, o canal oficial exige (Select an approved opening template, the official channel requires it). Where to find it: Configurações > Canais, on the WABA channel, under Templates.1
Open the channel's templates
Go to Configurações > Canais, open the WABA channel, and go to Templates WhatsApp (WhatsApp Templates).
2
Sync or create
Click Sincronizar (Sync) to bring in templates that already exist on Meta, or Novo Template (New Template) to create one.
3
Track the approval
The status changes to Aprovado (Approved) when Meta clears the template. This happens in real time on the screen.
A follow-up sent 24 hours or more after the first message also requires an approved template on an official channel. If the campaign has follow-ups in that window, prepare a template for each one. See Create WhatsApp message templates.
Make sure credits are available
Every message Tino sends in a campaign consumes credits from the company’s monthly allowance. By default, this allowance is set by your subscription. Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos (Settings > Billing > Credits).1
Check the balance
Go to Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos and see how much is left in the month’s allowance.
2
Adjust if needed
If the campaign needs more credits than the current allowance, upgrade the plan or add credits before starting the send.
If the month’s credits run out, a yellow bar warns you at the top of the screen. If even the extra credits run out, a red bar warns that the AI will stop responding. Both lead straight to Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos. See What happens when credits run out.
