The creation wizard walks you through three steps until the campaign is ready to run, with a preview of how Tino would open the conversation before you confirm.
Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who creates it: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Where to find it: Campanhas > Campanhas > Nova campanha (Campaigns > Campaigns > New campaign), or Campanhas > Panorama > Nova campanha → (Campaigns > Overview > New campaign →). The wizard saves your progress on its own in the browser as you fill it in. If you leave and come back, a notice says Rascunho recuperado de onde você parou (Draft recovered from where you left off).

Step 1: what this campaign will do

Start by choosing how Tino will carry each conversation.
1

Choose the conduct mode

Seguir um processo (Follow a process, recommended) has Tino follow a process mapped out in Cérebro, step by step, adapting if the customer changes the subject. Missão livre (Open-ended mission) is just a written goal, for one-off notices and messages.
2

Choose the process (process mode)

Search by name or department and click a card to select it. With no processes mapped, use Criar com missão livre (Create with an open-ended mission) or map one under Mapear processo (Map process).
3

Describe the context or the goal

In process mode, the contexto desta campanha (this campaign’s context) field is optional, but it improves the opening: say when the contact happens, what Tino already has on hand, and the immediate action expected. In open-ended mission mode, the objetivo da campanha (campaign goal) field is required.
4

Define what counts as a result

Choose between Processo concluído (Process completed), Transferência qualificada (Qualified transfer, with an optional department), Dados coletados (Data collected, choose at least one field), or Marcação manual (Manual tagging). In open-ended mission mode, only Marcação manual is available.
You can also set a value per conversion, optional: a fixed amount in reais or a column from your CSV. This later shows up in the campaign’s results dashboard.
With no name typed in the field at the top, the wizard warns Dê um nome interno para a campanha (Give the campaign an internal name) and won’t let you continue.

Step 2: who Tino will reach out to

Choose where the contacts come from. This choice doesn’t change once the campaign is created.
1

Choose the source

Tenho uma lista (I have a list) uploads a CSV. Meu sistema envia (My system sends) generates a webhook URL. O cliente chega até mim (The customer comes to me) activates by keyword.
2

Fill in the source details

For a list, upload the CSV (see Import campaign contacts). For webhook, there’s nothing to fill in here: the URL comes after you create it. For keyword, type the words (Enter adds each one), choose the match type, and the tag applied to the contact.
3

Refine the audience profile (optional)

Mark a profile as Cliente Ativo (Active Customer) or Lead and describe the context for that audience, to adjust Tino’s tone.
4

Replicate to other Units (optional)

Only for lists, and only at creation: check other Units to repeat the same list on them, with each one’s channel chosen on its own.
With no CSV with valid contacts, no keyword added, or no tag for the keyword, the wizard won’t continue and shows the error under the field.

Step 3: when and where

This step sets the channel, the hours, and what to do when the contact doesn’t respond.
1

Choose the channel

Select from the Unit’s connected WhatsApp channels. With no channel, a warning takes you to Conectar canal (Connect channel).
2

Choose the opening template (WABA channel)

On an official channel, choose an Aprovado (Approved) template or create a new one in the editor. This is required: without a template, the wizard won’t continue.
3

Set when to trigger

For a list, choose the start date and, if you want, the end date. For webhook, choose between reaching out 24 horas por dia (24 hours a day) or only within a time window. Keyword doesn’t ask for anything here: Tino responds as soon as the customer writes in.
4

Adjust the time window

When applicable, mark the days of the week and the start and end times. By default, the window comes pre-filled from the Unit’s registered business hours.
5

Set up the follow-ups (optional)

Add up to 4 attempts for when the contact doesn’t respond, with any time you want. Each one counts from the previous message, and the Linha do tempo (Timeline) shows when it goes out. If you want, also turn on the follow-up for people who stop responding mid-conversation.
6

Generate the preview

Give the agent a name and click Gerar exemplo (Generate example) to see how Tino would open the conversation with the first contact on the list.
7

Create the campaign

Click Criar campanha (Create campaign).
As soon as the contact replies, the attempts for no reply to the opening stop. If the mid-conversation follow-up is on, it handles people who stop responding later.

Campaigns on Instagram

An Instagram campaign only reaches people who have already talked to your account on Instagram and wrote in the last 24 hours. As with Telegram, the account can’t reach out to someone who never wrote.
  • No template. Instagram has no templates: the opening is Tino’s own message.
  • Only within 24 hours. The campaign never uses the window reserved for the team. Between 24 hours and 7 days after the contact’s last message, it doesn’t send either.
  • Contacts by phone number. When you add contacts by phone number or by list, only people who have already talked to the account on Instagram and shared their number are included.
  • No test on your WhatsApp. Instagram campaigns don’t have the test send to your WhatsApp. To see the approach, use the simulation.
In the campaign’s Audiência (Audience) tab, you see how many Instagram contacts will be reached and how many are left out, with the reason: See the channel rules in Connect Instagram.

What happens when you create it

The result changes depending on the source you chose:
  • Lista (List): the campaign starts as Rascunho (Draft). The notice reads Campanha criada! Inicie o disparo quando quiser (Campaign created! Start the send whenever you want). You start the send later, from the list or the campaign dashboard.
  • Webhook: the campaign starts Ativa (Active). A modal shows the webhook URL and the secret token for you to set up in your system. See Trigger campaigns by webhook or by incoming message.
  • Palavra-chave (Keyword): the campaign starts Ativa (Active), already listening for the configured words.
Either way, you’re taken back to the Unit’s campaign list.

Frequently asked questions

Only connected WhatsApp channels of the current Unit show up. Connect one under Configurações > Canais and go back to the wizard.
The CSV reader uses a comma as the separator. Download the spreadsheet template on the same screen and use it as a base.
During creation, the draft is saved in the browser with every change, per Unit, with no need to save it yourself. When you reopen the wizard on the same Unit, it recovers from where you left off. To start from scratch, use Descartar rascunho (Discard draft) when leaving.
Not through the wizard. The contact list of an already-created campaign is tracked in the campaign dashboard, execution by execution.
Only on a WABA channel, for attempts that go out more than 24 hours after the person’s last message. The screen flags each one. In list and webhook campaigns, the person hasn’t written yet, so every attempt for no reply to the opening needs a template.
