Everything in Tartini starts from the left-hand menu, the fixed column that runs along the side of the screen from top to bottom. It shows only what your role can use, so your screen may have fewer items than a colleague’s. See Roles and access explained.
The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

The main menu

In the bottom-left corner, in the menu’s footer, are Configurações (Settings), Feedback, and your profile. The menu opens when you hover over it and collapses when you move away. To keep it always open, click the pin in the top-left corner, next to the logo (Fixar sidebar, Pin sidebar). The choice is saved in your browser.
Campanhas (Campaigns) appears in the menu even when the plan doesn’t unlock the feature. On opening, the screen shows the upgrade notice with the minimum plan required.

Switch Units

In the top-left corner of the screen, right below the logo and with the menu open, there’s a button showing the name of the Area and Unit you’re in. Click it to open Trocar Unidade (Switch Unit) and choose another from the list; the current Unit is marked. The Inbox, the Home page, and the metrics then show the chosen Unit. When there are new service interactions in other Units, this button shows a black counter. The same modal opens from the profile menu, in the bottom-left corner, under Unidade (Unit). On mobile, use Unidade (Unit) in the bottom bar.

The profile menu

Hover over your name, in the bottom-left corner of the screen, in the menu’s footer:
  • O seu nome (Your name) opens User settings.
  • Unidade (Unit) opens Trocar Unidade (Switch Unit).
  • Página de Status (Status Page) shows whether SAN’s services are up.
  • Documentação (Documentation) opens this help center.
  • Políticas e Termos (Policies and Terms) opens SAN’s contracts.
  • Tema escuro (Dark theme) or Tema claro (Light theme) switches the appearance. The preference is saved in the browser.
  • Sair (Log out) ends the session on this device.

Send feedback

The Feedback item, in the footer of the left menu, opens Enviar Feedback (Send Feedback). Choose the type (Sugestão [Suggestion], Bug, Dúvida [Question], or Elogio [Compliment]), write at least ten characters, and, if it helps, use Capturar tela (Capture screen) or Anexar imagem (Attach image). The screen you were on is sent along with the message.
To report an error, use the Bug type and describe how to reproduce it. The screen capture shows support exactly what you saw.

On mobile

On screens narrower than 1024 pixels, the left menu gives way to a bottom bar with Início (Home), Inbox, Unidade (Unit), and Config (Settings). Inside a conversation the bar disappears, to free up space. In Settings, the menu button at the top opens the list of sections.

FAQ

The Cérebro configures the entire company, and only the Administrator and the Company Manager see it. Ask one of them for the change you need.
The menu is collapsed. Hover over it to open it, or pin it with the pin at the top.
Check the Unit name in the top-left corner, below the logo. If it’s the wrong one, click it and switch.
