The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
The allowance and the cycle
When you sign up, you choose how much to put toward the monthly allowance, between R 10,000. Higher amounts are available on request. At each renewal, that amount enters the account as credits. The screen shows Franquia mensal (Monthly allowance), the bar of what’s already been consumed, and the date the next cycle begins.Credits don’t roll over. The balance left at the end of the cycle expires at the turnover, both the allowance and any packs bought during the month.
What consumes credits
Credits are consumed on two fronts: the AI’s work and messages. The AI consumes more credits than a simple message, and the longer or more complex the information, the higher the consumption.
Connecting channels, browsing the screens, and checking metrics don’t consume credits. Every message that goes through the channels consumes credits, with or without AI in the conversation.
The table converting each activity into credits is in the SAN Customer Area. When a change significantly alters the cost of AI activities, SAN lets you know.
When the balance runs out
When the month’s allowance is exhausted, Tartini follows this order:- If auto-recharge is on, it recharges on its own and the AI continues normally.
- Without auto-recharge, or if it fails, the extra margin kicks in: an advance of up to 10% of the allowance, deducted from the next cycle. A yellow banner warns at the top of the screens.
- When the margin also runs out, the banner turns red and the AI stops. Ongoing conversations are transferred to your team.
How to get more credits
- Increase the allowance, at any time. The monthly invoice then reflects the new amount. See View your subscription and plan.
- Buy a recharge pack of 500, 1,000, 2,000, or 3,000 credits, as many times as you need.
- Turn on auto-recharge, so Tartini recharges on its own when the balance runs out.
Where to see it
- Saldo atual (Current balance) and the projection of when the balance should run out at the current pace.
- Onde os créditos vão (Where credits go): consumption by AI category and by messages, with the change from the previous period.
- Extrato (Statement): day by day, with opening balance, deposits, AI consumption, messages, and closing balance, and the record of each cycle turnover.
- Consumo por conversa (Consumption per conversation): which conversations spent AI credits, with the contact and the categories.
