With this information up to date, the right name shows up for the whole team and for customers, and Tino replies in your operation’s language.
Who can see this: Administrator only. No plan restricts this screen. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
The screen brings together three settings: the company name, the workspace language, and the sign-in security policy.

Edit the company name

The name registered here is what the platform shows everywhere: in the header, in the company selector, and on the screens customers get to see. Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Informações (Settings > Company > Information).
1

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Empresa > Informações.
2

Change the name

Edit the field in Nome da Empresa (Company Name).
3

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
The new name appears on the platform and for your customers, including in the company selector. Use this field if the company changed its trade name, or if the initial sign-up was left with a provisional name.
Choose a name your team recognizes right away, especially if the account brings together more than one brand or legal entity.

Choose the language for Tino’s replies

The language chosen here is what Tino uses to talk with your customers, on any connected channel. Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Informações, Idioma (Language) section.
1

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Empresa > Informações.
2

Choose the language

Select an option in Idioma: Português (Brasil), English, Español, Français, Deutsch, or Italiano.
3

Save

Click Salvar.
By default, the language is Português (Brasil). This field only sets the language of Tino’s replies: the rest of the interface stays in Portuguese. The language applies to the whole company, across every area, unit, and channel.

Require two-factor authentication for everyone

By default, each person decides whether to turn on two-factor authentication. With the requirement turned on, every user at the company needs an authenticator app to sign in. Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Informações, Segurança (Security) section.
1

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Empresa > Informações.
2

Turn on the requirement

In Segurança, turn on Exigir autenticação em dois fatores (Require two-factor authentication). The badge changes from Opcional (Optional) to Obrigatória (Required).
3

Save

Click Salvar.
Anyone who hasn’t set up the authenticator app yet is taken to the Proteja sua conta (Protect your account) wizard on their next sign-in, and can’t use Tartini until they finish it. With the requirement turned on, no one can turn the feature off on their own. See Turn on two-factor authentication.
Give your team a heads-up before turning this on. Anyone who signs in without their phone on hand won’t be able to complete the setup at that moment.

Only the Administrator. Company Manager, Area Manager, Unit Manager, and Agent don’t have access to this screen.
