The version published on the site, at tartini.com.br/tartini/marca, is the source of this manual. When the two disagree, the site wins.
The name
Giuseppe Tartini, an 18th century violinist, discovered the third tone: play two correct notes at the same time and a third, lower note appears, one that neither string produced. Its pitch is the difference between the other two. The product has two parts that need to be right at the same time: the people who provide support and the AI that works with them. That is where the name comes from, and that is the standard behind this manual: if the brand leaves any doubt about which of the two sides is speaking, the manager loses their judgment and the customer loses their reference point. The phenomenon
The third tone works as proof because it amplifies error. A small deviation in the two notes on top becomes a large deviation in the note below, and anyone in the room can hear whether the two parts are in tune.
The error scales up as the pitch goes down: that is what makes the third tone usable as proof.
In the brand, each side has a color, and where the two meet has its own:
- Terracotta, #EB5E28: the people.
- Cobalt, #2667FF: the artificial intelligence.
- Gradient from terracotta to cobalt: where the two touch.
