Tartini brings together, in one place, the channels where your customers talk to the company, the AI agents that work on those channels, and the manager’s tools for keeping track of the team. You decide how far the AI goes: only supporting whoever is serving, serving on its own, or both.
The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Tartini’s parts

How the agents work together

Each agent has its own post, and all of them share the same source. The Cérebro orchestrates the agents, and they talk to one another: when one needs what another knows, it asks, and the answer comes back before the message reaches the customer.
  1. You teach the Cérebro with what the company already has written down: the website, documents, questions and answers, tone of voice, and rules.
  2. Quattro writes the processes down with you, and the Cérebro learns how each service interaction should run.
  3. Tino consults the Cérebro on every reply to the customer. When it hands off the conversation to the team, it delivers the history and a summary of what it has already done.
  4. Sotto reads the conversation, including what Tino left behind, and asks the Cérebro what the company knows, to suggest a reply to the agent.
  5. Scout asks the Cérebro for the standard and evaluates closed conversations, both from people and from Tino, the same way.
  6. Tino and Scout return to the Cérebro what they learned. You approve or correct it, the correction becomes training, and the next conversation already comes out different.

The channels

Customers talk to you however they prefer, and it all arrives in the same Inbox: WhatsApp Business (by QR Code or through Meta’s official API), the Chat Widget on your website, and the API Connection for your own systems. See Channels.

Who uses what

The Administrator configures the account. Managers keep track of the team in the Inbox, Scout, and Metrics. Agents provide service in the Inbox with Sotto alongside. See Roles and access explained.
