When the month’s allowance runs out, only the artificial intelligence pauses. Your team keeps helping customers through the Inbox, on every channel.
This applies to paid accounts. A free account never enters these thresholds. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

The yellow banner: the month’s credits ran out

A yellow banner appears at the top of the screen, warning that the month’s credits have run out and that it’s time to get more to avoid interruptions. During this stage, the AI keeps working, using the extra margin: an advance of up to 10% of next month’s allowance. The amount used is deducted as soon as the next allowance comes in.

The red banner: no credits, not even the extra margin

When the extra margin also runs out, the banner turns red, warning that there are no credits available, including the extra margin, and that you need to get more to avoid a stoppage. During this stage, AI features stay paused until you recharge.

What stops and what keeps going

The upgrade notice

Clicking the banner, yellow or red, takes you straight to Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos (Settings > Billing > Credits), where you can track your balance and recharge.

How to adjust the allowance or buy credits

1

Check the balance

Open Créditos to see the current balance and the projection of when it should run out in the cycle.
2

Adjust the allowance or buy credits

In Assinatura, adjust the monthly allowance. In Créditos, buy extra credits when that option is available for your account.
