The Tino screen shows what the AI delivered in the period: how much it resolved on its own, how quickly it responded, and where it performs best across areas and units. A separate section shows how much Sotto helped the team.
Who sees it: Administrator, Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The sections about Tino in action require the Scale plan. The Sotto section appears on all plans, including Essential. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Where it is: Métricas > Tino (Metrics > Tino).

Track Tino in Real Time

With the Scale plan and a period that reaches today, a live panel shows three numbers, updated every 30 seconds.
Outside the configured service hours, a badge warns that Tino keeps running anyway.

See What Tino Delivered

This section’s main number is absorvido pelo Tino (absorbed by Tino), with four supporting figures next to it. Below, the absorção do Tino (Tino’s absorption) chart shows the same AI participation curve that appears in Panorama.

Compare Speed and Capacity

The times shown are the median, the middle value across all cases, with the p90 next to it: the time of the ten percent slowest cases.

See Where Tino Performs Best

The comparison appears when there’s more than one child at the current level.
1

Choose the indicator

Select Resolvidas (Resolved), % absorvido (% absorbed), Fora do horário (Outside hours), or Aceite Sotto (Sotto acceptance), when more than one option is available.
2

Drill down a level

Click an area or unit card to see the level below.
3

See Sotto usage per person

At the agent level, click a card to open the panel with that person’s Sotto acceptance. There’s no per-agent scope in Tino’s numbers, because his conversations don’t have an agent.
The agent’s side panel shows Sotto’s decisions: accepted, sent directly, inserted into the draft, dismissed, and knowledge corrections. A button opens that person’s conversations in the Conversation Center.

See Sotto’s Support to the Team

This section appears on all plans, even without Tino serving on the front line.

Continue on Other Screens

Tino also appears on two other Tartini screens. The processes it follows live in Processes Explained. The scores it gives to closed conversations live in Read Scout’s evaluations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Your plan doesn’t include Tino on the front line. To unlock the other sections, you need the Scale plan.
It doesn’t exist here: Tino’s conversations don’t belong to a person. To see Sotto usage by agent, drill down to the agent level in the comparison.
There isn’t enough of a sample for that indicator at that level, for example a conversation metric calculated at the agent level.
Because it’s an estimate. Tartini avoids suggesting a precision the calculation can’t guarantee.
