The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
On the Entrar (Sign In) screen, type your E-mail and Senha (Password) and click Entrar (Sign In). You land on the Home page, or on the screen you left off at if the first access hasn’t been completed yet.If the account has two factors
After the password, the Autenticação em dois fatores (Two-factor authentication) screen asks for the six-digit code from the authenticator app. Type it in Código (Code) and click Verificar (Verify). Without your phone, click Usar um código de recuperação (Use a recovery code) and type one of the codes you saved when you turned on the feature. Each code works once.If the code expires or you run out of attempts, the screen goes back to the password. Sign in again and type the app’s current code.
Recover your password
1
Request the instructions
On the sign-in screen, click Esqueci minha senha (Forgot my password), type your E-mail, and click Enviar instruções (Send instructions).
2
Open the email
If the email is registered, you’ll receive a link. The screen says this even when the email doesn’t exist, for security.
3
Set the new password
The link opens Redefinir senha (Reset password). Type the Nova senha (New password, at least six characters), repeat it in Confirme a nova senha (Confirm the new password), and click Redefinir senha (Reset password). Then sign in with the new password.
The reset link has an expiration. If the screen says the token expired, request a new one at Esqueci minha senha (Forgot my password).
Sign in through the SAN customer area
Anyone whose account is linked to the SAN customer area can sign in from there, using the Tartini access link. The Autenticando… (Authenticating…) screen appears for a moment and Tartini opens. The first time, Tartini asks you to set a password so you can also sign in at talk.saninternet.com. See Complete your first access.FAQ
