Everything starts with the Cérebro. You provide your company’s material, it learns your standard, and it coordinates the team of agents that works for you. Teach it once, and it applies to every conversation: it’s where Tino draws what it answers on the front line, where Sotto draws what it suggests to the team, and where Scout draws the yardstick it uses to evaluate every conversation. It’s the only place where you keep this knowledge up to date.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Overview, Properties, and Personality are available on all plans. Processes and Operations require the Scale plan. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

What the Cérebro is

The agents’ skills come ready made; the identity is yours. You train the Cérebro with your company’s identity, the way it is or the way you want it to be. It has four parts:
  • Propriedades (Properties): the documents, questions and answers, and sites that become knowledge.
  • Personalidade (Personality): how Tino talks (Communication), what it follows (Guidelines), and what it can never do (Compliance).
  • Operações (Operations): hours, routing, contact fields, clarifications, situational context, and contact status.
  • Processos (Processes): how each conversation should run from start to finish, written with Quattro and followed by Tino.
The sources come from where your company already lives: the website, documents, questions and answers. Each one comes in with one of two tags, Conhecimento Público (Public Knowledge) or Conhecimento Privado (Private Knowledge), marked item by item. Not everything the company knows should reach the customer, and where that line falls is for you to decide. The Cérebro orchestrates the agents, and they talk to each other: when one needs what another knows, it asks, and the answer arrives before the message reaches the customer. Tino checks the knowledge, tone, and process before every reply. Sotto checks the same knowledge to make suggestions to the agent. Scout pulls the yardstick it uses to evaluate conversations from here. Quattro publishes here the processes it builds with you. And they give back: Tino proposes new guidelines, clarifications, routing criteria, and process candidates based on real conversations, and Scout points out which Cérebro screen each fix should be written on.
One Cérebro per company. One never touches another, and nothing here is used outside Tartini.

The Cérebro evolves with every interaction

Tartini applies the concept of neuroplasticity to the Cérebro: as in humans, connections rebuild themselves through experience. The agents collect day-to-day experiences, these move up through the company structure to the Cérebro, and it evolves as interactions happen.
  • Diagnosis. The Cérebro tracks every interaction and turns operational signals into better decisions for the agents. When it spots a problem, the analysis already comes with a proposed fix: Tino’s suggestions and Scout’s findings appear on the Overview and on the relevant screens with a button to accept or correct. Applying it takes one click.
  • Adaptation. It reads the manager’s feedback and the way the team handles conversations, and adds these behaviors to the base. At first the Cérebro knows what you registered; with your corrections and Scout’s findings, it comes to know how the company handles conversations and wants to handle them.
Nothing takes effect without your review: every suggestion waits for your approval, and the correction you make becomes the standard.

The submenu, in screen order

Where to find it: main menu Cérebro.
  1. Cérebro > Panorama (Cérebro > Overview): general status summary.
  2. Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties): the knowledge base.
  3. Cérebro > Personalidade (Cérebro > Personality): expands into Comunicação (Communication), Diretrizes (Guidelines), and Conformidade (Compliance).
  4. Cérebro > Processos (Cérebro > Processes): expands into Mapeamento (Mapping), Descobertas (Discoveries), Grupos (Groups), and Catálogo (Catalog).
  5. Cérebro > Operações (Cérebro > Operations): expands into Esclarecimentos (Clarifications), Campos do contato (Contact fields), Status de contato (Contact status), Roteamento (Routing), Disponibilidade (Availability), and Contexto Situacional (Situational Context).
Some items show a number next to the name. It’s the count of Tino’s suggestions waiting for your review in that section.

What the Overview shows

Where to find it: Cérebro > Panorama, the first item in the menu. It’s the screen that opens by default. It sums up, in one place:
  • A verdict sentence at the top. With no pending items, it says the Cérebro is up to date. With pending items, it counts how many Tino suggestions and how many process discoveries are waiting for review.
  • Five cards connected by a central orb: Propriedades, Conexões (Connections), Processos, Personalidade, and Operações. Each one shows a number, a short description, and an acessar (access) link to the corresponding screen.
  • A field to chat with the Cérebro. Type a question and the side chat opens with the question already sent.
  • When there are pending items, a precisa de atenção (needs attention) block with two links: one to review Tino’s suggestions in Communication, another to review process discoveries.
The Propriedades and Conexões card shows “vazio” until at least one piece of content has been indexed, even if documents have already been registered. Indexing is what actually turns content into knowledge.

Who can see it and what it requires

The entire Cérebro requires the Administrator or Company Manager role. Area Manager, Unit Manager, and Agent don’t see the item in the menu. Within the Cérebro, Overview, Properties, and Personality are available on any plan. Processes and Operations require the Scale plan. Without that plan, the screen shows an upgrade notice instead of the content, but the item remains visible in the menu.
