Tartini’s three plans differ by how far the AI goes in your operation. On Essential, it works inward, alongside the team. On Scale, it also talks to the customer. Enterprise is Scale with tailored terms.
The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

How the subscription works

The subscription has two parts, charged together every month:
  • The plan license, at a fixed price. It unlocks the plan’s features and a number of Units, starting at 5.
  • The credit allowance, a monthly amount you choose, between R500andR 500 and R 10,000. It comes in as credits at each renewal. See Credits explained.
Every feature in the plan is included in the license, with no add-on modules to pay for separately. Some also consume credits when used, such as Tino, Sotto, and Scout.
You can sign up on the Tartini website, in the SAN Customer Area, or with the sales team. The account is released as soon as the payment is confirmed. Prices are on the Tartini plans page.

Essential: AI alongside the team

Everything the team uses to provide service and the manager uses to keep track:
  • Inbox with every channel, Conversation Center, quick messages, notes, and transfers.
  • Channels: WhatsApp Business by QR Code, WhatsApp Business API (WABA), Telegram, and Chat Widget on the website.
  • Cérebro: properties and knowledge base (documents, questions and answers, websites) and personality (communication, guidelines, compliance).
  • Sotto in both modes: query mode, where the agent asks, and active mode, where it suggests on its own during the conversation.
  • Scout: evaluation of closed conversations, feedback to the agent, and performance by Unit, Area, and Company.
  • Metrics, Satisfaction Survey, Service SLA, Conversation Rules, and conversation summary.
  • Structure in Areas and Units. Areas, users, and contacts have no limit.
  • Credits and statement.

Scale: AI talks to the customer

Everything in Essential, plus:
  • Tino, the service agent, turned on per channel in IA por canal (AI by Channel), with hours, follow-up, and closing.
  • Operações do Cérebro (Cérebro Operations): availability, routing, qualification, clarifications, situational context, and contact status.
  • Processos (Processes) in the Cérebro and Scout: mapping, groups, and the team’s adherence to processes.
  • Campanhas (Campaigns) and Contatos de Campanha (Campaign Contacts): the AI reaches out to whoever you choose and carries the conversation that follows.
  • Conectores (Connectors, MCP) and AI tools: the AI checks external systems during the conversation.
  • Conexão via API (API Connection) and Webhooks: your systems talk to Tartini.

Enterprise

Scale with dedicated integrations, a credit allowance above R$ 10,000, a negotiated number of Units, and a tailored scope. By quote.

What’s outside the subscription

On the WhatsApp Business API (WABA), Meta charges you directly for conversations, on the business account linked to the integration. This cost doesn’t come out of your credits and isn’t on the SAN invoice.
  • Assisted onboarding: setup guided by SAN comes with some plans. On the others, it’s purchased separately.
  • Hourly services: assisted AI training, data migration, and campaign setup. They are quoted and paid for before work begins.
SAN recommends WABA for WhatsApp. The QR Code connection can be blocked by Meta and is not covered by the availability guarantee. See Channels explained.

More Units and more channels

Each Unit has its own connected channels. To connect more channels, add more Units through the Customer Area or with the sales team.
