The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
The structure: Company, Areas, and Units
The company is organized into three levels. The Empresa (Company) is the whole account. Áreas (Areas) group Units together (a region, a brand, a department). Unidades (Units) are the front line: the store, the branch, the clinic, the team that provides service. Access flows down the structure. A role granted at the Company level applies to every Area and Unit. A role granted at an Area level applies to every Unit within it. That’s why you don’t need to grant access level by level: you choose the highest point the person should see, and that’s it.The roles
Beyond the roles, there’s the account owner: the person who signed up for Tartini. Only the owner sees the Assinatura (Subscription) screen, with the plan, account details, and credit allowance. The owner is also the Company’s Administrator.
“Proprietário” (Owner), “Gerente” (Manager), and “Backoffice” were roles from earlier versions and no longer exist. If you came from one of them, your access was converted to Administrator or Manager.
What each role sees
Where it says “only their scope,” the person sees the screen, but only the Units, conversations, or people they manage.Only someone with Administrator can grant Administrator. An Area or Unit Manager invites people only to the Units they manage.
