The time window sets when Tino can act on a campaign, and the follow-up attempts set how many times it follows up with a contact who didn’t respond.
Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who configures it: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Set the time window

By default, the window comes pre-filled from the Unit’s business hours registered in Cérebro, or Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, if the Unit has no availability registered. Where to find it: step 3 of the wizard, Campanhas > Campanhas > Nova campanha (Campaigns > Campaigns > New campaign), Quando disparar (When to trigger) section.
1

Check the days

Select the days of the week the campaign can act on, between Seg (Mon) and Dom (Sun).
2

Adjust the hours

Set the start time and the end time. The start needs to come before the end.
3

Save

Move on to the next field or click Criar campanha (Create campaign) at the end of the wizard.
The time window applies to list campaigns and to webhook campaigns set to Somente dentro da janela de horários (Only within the time window). Keyword doesn’t use a window: Tino responds the instant the customer writes in.

Spread the send over time

A list campaign has a start date and, if you want, an end date. Where to find it: same step 3, Quando disparar section.
1

Choose the start date

Today’s date is the default. You can’t choose an earlier date.
2

Choose the end date (optional)

With no end date, the campaign stays active and you can come back later to add more contacts to the list. With an end date, the campaign becomes a project with a deadline.
The wizard’s footer estimates the send’s expected duration, based on roughly 300 contacts reached per day. It’s a local estimate, not a delivery guarantee.

Set up the follow-ups

By default, a new campaign already comes with two attempts: 24 hours and 72 hours after the first message. Where to find it: step 3 of the wizard, Se o contato não responder (If the contact doesn’t respond) section.
1

Review the default attempts

Each attempt shows how long after the opening it triggers: 4 hours, 1, 2, 3, or 7 days.
2

Add an attempt

Click one of the available intervals to add it. The limit is 4 attempts.
3

Remove an attempt

Use the remove button next to the attempt you no longer want.
4

Choose the template, if it's a WABA channel

Attempts 24 hours or later on an official channel require an approved template for each one.
As soon as the contact responds, Tino cancels all the following attempts and takes over the conversation from there, without repeating the approach.

Pause and resume a campaign

By default, an active campaign keeps reaching out to new contacts and sending follow-ups until you pause it. Where to find it: Campanhas > Campanhas (Campaigns > Campaigns, the list) or the campaign dashboard’s header.
1

Pause

Click Pausar (Pause) on the campaign’s row or in the dashboard’s header. The campaign stops acting and the status changes to Pausada (Paused).
2

Resume

Click Retomar (Resume) when you want the campaign to start acting again. The status goes back to Ativa (Active).
While paused, no new contact enters the campaign until you resume it.

Track the send queue

A list campaign shows the scheduling queue in the dashboard, on the Execuções (Executions) tab. Where to find it: campaign dashboard, Execuções tab. There you see how many jobs are Agendados (Scheduled), Ativos (Active), Completados (Completed), and Falhados (Failed), along with the date and time of the next execution. You can search by contact and filter by status.
