Check the total
”N navegando agora”, with a pulsing green dot.

Filter if needed
Use the Todos (All), Identificados (Identified), and Anônimos (Anonymous) tabs.
Each visitor shows the page they’re on, the time on the site, and the source, such as “via Acesso direto”.
Start a conversation with a visitor
By default, no conversation starts just because a visitor enters the site. Where to find it: click a visitor in the list.1
Click the visitor
Opens the full conversation window, like any other in the Inbox.

Write the first message
Use the message field as usual.

Send
The conversation starts with that send.
If the visitor leaves the site before you send, the header shows “fora do site” and the message stays pending until they come back.
Understand the right-hand panel
With no visitor selected, the panel changes depending on the moment: with the Chat Widget disabled, it shows “Chat Widget não configurado” and the Configurar Chat Widget (Set up Chat Widget) button; with no one browsing, it shows “Nenhum visitante navegando no momento”; with visitors in the list, it shows “N visitante(s) online” and an invitation to choose one from the list.The visitor’s IP appears so you can reach out with context. Handle this data according to your company’s privacy policy.
