Choose the Units
At the top, the equipe/… (team/…) line shows the scope of the numbers: the current Unit or all the Units you have access to. Click it to filter by a Unit. The filter changes only this screen’s numbers; to switch Units across all of Tartini, use the button below the logo, in the top-left corner. In the top-right corner, the Abrir atendimento → (Open service →) button leads to the Inbox.Right Now, in Real Time
Needs You
The list shows what needs action: an offline channel, an open conversation with an overdue SLA, an average wait time above fifteen minutes, or more than ten customers in the queue. Each row has a link to the right screen. With nothing pending, it shows Tudo em dia ✓ (All caught up ✓).Today
Four numbers compared with yesterday up to the same time: conversas (conversations), resolvidas pela ia (resolved by AI), concluídas (completed), and satisfação (satisfaction). The variation arrow only appears when there are at least five occurrences on one of the days. Satisfação leads to Scout’s satisfaction screen.Operation
- Pico de atendimento (Service peak): today’s conversations hour by hour, with the peak marked and the split between AI and team. The ver detalhes por hora → (see hourly details →) link opens the service metrics.
- Tino em ação (Tino in action): how much of today’s conversations Tino resolved without the team, and the share from campaigns. If Tino isn’t handling service yet, the card offers Ativar agente (Activate agent). Below, the month’s AI credit consumption, with the ver consumo → (see consumption →) link.
- Equipe hoje (Team today): one row per agent with status, total, in progress, completed, and first response time. Click the row to see that person’s services in the Conversation Center.
The ver consumo → link opens the Créditos (Credits) screen, which only the Administrator can access. Managers return to the Página Inicial when they click.
