With these rules set, every conversation in your operation follows the same standard for signature, closing, and evaluation, without depending on each agent remembering.
Who sees this: Administrator, Company Manager, and Area Manager. Unit Manager doesn’t have access to this screen.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Set up the agent’s signature

Where to find it: Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa (Settings > Service > Conversation Rules), Assinatura do Atendente (Agent Signature) section.

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa.

Choose the rules

Turn on Assinatura obrigatória (Required signature) to require the signature on every message, and Permitir mudança de assinatura (Allow signature changes) to let the agent edit it.

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
The signature set here appears in messages sent by agents in the Inbox.

Turn on automatic closing due to inactivity

By default, it’s when the conversation closes that Scout generates the summary and the evaluation. Where to find it: Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa, Finalização Automática (Automatic Closing) section.

Turn on the rule

Turn on Encerrar conversa automaticamente (Close conversation automatically).

Adjust the time per channel

In Tempo por canal (Time per channel), use the plus and minus buttons to set between 1 and 168 hours of inactivity.

Save

Click Salvar.
A channel with no time set uses the default of 24 hours. Conversations led by Tino usually close sooner, under their own AI rule per channel.

Turn on Scout when the conversation closes

Where to find it: Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa, Scout section.

Go to Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa.

Turn on Scout

Turn on Ativar Scout ao finalizar conversa (Activate Scout when conversation closes).

Save

Click Salvar.
With Scout active, every closed conversation gets a summary, a score, and improvement points, ready for you to review in Scout. Scout uses AI credits for every analysis.

Turn on Sotto by default

Where to find it: Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa, Sotto section.

Go to Configurações > Atendimento > Regras de Conversa.

Turn on Sotto ativo por padrão em novas conversas (Sotto active by default in new conversations).

Save

Click Salvar.
By default, this toggle already comes turned on. With Sotto active, it monitors every new conversation in human hands on its own. The agent can turn off Sotto in a specific conversation. Sotto uses AI credits.
If your plan doesn’t include active Sotto, the section shows an upgrade notice instead of the toggle. Your plan still has reactive Sotto, which answers the agent’s questions on demand.
