With the user list organized, you know who’s active, what each person can access, and who still needs to accept their invite.
Who can see the list: Administrator, Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. Editing, managing access, and deactivating are actions only the Administrator can do.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Understand statuses and access

Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Usuários (Settings > Company > Users). Each user appears with a status:
  • Ativo (Active): accesses the system normally.
  • Inativo (Inactive): can no longer sign in, until reactivated.
  • Pendente (Pending): received the invite and hasn’t created a password yet.
  • Expirado (Expired): the invite has gone more than 24 hours without a response.
The Acessos & permissões (Access & permissions) column shows the user’s main assignment and how many others they have. Click to open all their assignments, with the level of each one: the whole company, an area, or a unit.

Add a user

You can invite someone new or link a person who already exists at the company to more areas and units. Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Usuários, Adicionar Usuário (Add User) button.
1

Open the wizard

Click Adicionar Usuário.
2

Fill in the information

For a new person, enter Nome (Name) and E-mail (Email). To link someone who already exists, choose the user from the list.
3

Define access

Select the company, area, or unit, and choose the role for each one.
4

Confirm

Review the summary and click Confirmar (Confirm).
Access is hierarchical. Assign the role only at the highest level the person needs: everything below is automatically covered. For positions in different areas, assign each branch separately.
A new person receives an email to create their password and appears in the list as Pendente until they accept the invite.

Resend the invite

Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Usuários, the user row’s options menu.
1

Find the user

Find the row with Pendente or Expirado status.
2

Resend

Open the row’s options menu and click Reenviar convite (Resend invite).
The invite is marked as Expired 24 hours after it’s sent. Resending it gives the person a new deadline to create their password.

Deactivate or reactivate a user

Deactivating removes system access without deleting the person’s history. Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Usuários, the user row’s options menu.
1

Open the menu

Click the user row’s options menu.
2

Choose the action

Click Inativar (Deactivate, for Ativo status) or Reativar (Reactivate, for Inativo status).
3

Confirm

Click Sim (Yes) in the confirmation window.
You can’t deactivate yourself, the account owner, or an invite that’s still pending. To remove someone from the company, deactivate them: there’s no way to delete a user.

Manage a user’s access

Where to find it: Configurações > Empresa > Usuários, options menu > Gerenciar acessos (Manage access).
1

Open the panel

In the user row’s options menu, click Gerenciar acessos.
2

Adjust the tree

Check or uncheck company, areas, and units, and choose the role for each new selection.
3

Save

Click Salvar alterações (Save changes).
Only the Administrator can grant the Administrator role. An Area Manager or Unit Manager can only grant roles within their own structure. Every user needs at least one access: to block someone, use Inativar.
The account owner appears with the Admin badge, and their access can’t be changed by anyone. If the list doesn’t show the change right away, refresh the page.
