With the balance in view, you know how much of your monthly allowance is left, what consumes the most credits, and when the cycle turns over.
Who can see this: only Administrator.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

See your balance and monthly allowance

Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos (Settings > Billing > Credits). At the top of the screen you’ll find the current balance, in credits, and the contracted monthly allowance, with a bar showing how much has been consumed in the cycle.
When the month’s allowance runs out, the AI starts using the extra margin, an advance of up to 10% of next month’s allowance. See what changes in What happens when credits run out.

Filter by period and by unit

Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos, right below the balance.

Choose the period

Click a tab: Ciclo atual, Ciclo anterior, Trimestre, Semestre, Ano, or Personalizado.

Filter by unit (optional)

Click one or more unit chips. With none selected, the screen shows the company total.

See where credits go

Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos, Onde os créditos vão (Where credits go) section. The chart shows consumption by AI category and by messages, with the total for the period and the change compared to the previous one.
Message consumption is measured at the company level and isn’t affected by the unit filter.

Check the daily statement

Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos, Extrato (Statement) section.

Open the statement

Scroll to the Extrato section. Days with no activity don’t appear in the list.

See a specific day

Click a row to open the day’s detail, with opening balance, credits added, AI consumption, messages, and closing balance.
On the day the cycle turns over, the statement shows how much allowance came in and what happened to the previous cycle’s balance, which can expire or roll over depending on your plan.

See consumption per conversation

Where to find it: Configurações > Cobrança > Créditos, Consumo por conversa (Consumption per conversation) section.

Search for the contact

Type a name in the search, or browse the list.

Open the conversation

Click a row to see the detail: AI categories used, messages, and credits consumed.
