With extra credits, the AI keeps helping customers even when the month uses more than the allowance. You buy when you need to, or let Tartini recharge on its own.
Who buys: the Administrator, in the SAN Customer Area. Extra credits expire at the end of the cycle, just like the allowance. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Buy a recharge pack

By default, the account has no extra pack: only the month’s allowance. Where to find it: Área do Cliente da SAN (SAN Customer Area), in the Tartini service.

Choose the pack

Choose between 500, 1,000, 2,000, or 3,000 credits. There’s no limit on packs per cycle.

Check the price

The pack price varies with the day’s exchange rate and appears before you confirm.

Pay the invoice

The credits enter the balance as soon as the payment is confirmed and add to what’s already there.
With an overdue, unpaid subscription invoice, buying packs is unavailable until the account is brought up to date.

Turn on auto-recharge

By default, auto-recharge is off. Where to find it: Área do Cliente da SAN (SAN Customer Area), in the Tartini service.

Open the setting

Open auto-recharge and review the available packs, the trigger that starts the recharge, and the limit of recharges per cycle.

Authorize the charge

Confirm the charge pre-authorization so the recharge happens without you needing to act.
When the allowance runs out, Tartini tries the recharge before using the extra margin. You get a notice for every recharge made.
If auto-recharge kicks in almost every month, increasing the allowance in Assinatura (Subscription) makes your invoice amount more predictable.

Frequently asked questions

No. They follow the allowance rule and expire at the cycle turnover.
A pack is a one-off purchase for the current cycle. The allowance is the fixed monthly amount, which comes in at each renewal and changes your recurring invoice.
Tartini uses the extra margin of up to 10% of the allowance. When that also runs out, the AI stops until you buy a pack. See What happens when credits run out.
