Not every campaign starts with a ready-made list. Two other sources put Tino to work without you having to upload a file: your own system notifying each new contact, or a word the customer writes first.
Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who configures it: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Webhook campaign

A webhook campaign lets your system, such as your CRM, e-commerce, or billing platform, notify Tartini every time there’s a new contact to reach out to, for example an abandoned cart. Every contact sent already enters the campaign, with no further step from you. Where to find it: step 2 of the wizard, Meu sistema envia (My system sends) source.
1

Choose the source

In the Público (Audience) step, check Meu sistema envia.
2

Continue the wizard

There’s nothing to fill in for this source besides the rest of the campaign (mission, channel, hours). The URL only exists after you create it.
3

Create the campaign

When you click Criar campanha (Create campaign), a Conecte seu sistema (Connect your system) modal shows up with the webhook URL and the secret token.
4

Copy the URL and the token

Use the copiar (copy) buttons next to each one. The token stays hidden by default; click revelar (reveal) to see it.
5

Hand it to your technical team

Send the URL and the token to whoever sets up your system. They need to send a POST to that URL for every new contact, with the name and phone in the message body.
The URL and the token also stay available later, at any time, on the Detalhes (Details) tab of the campaign dashboard. You don’t need to save the creation modal.
The payload example shown in the modal and on the Detalhes tab shows the expected format: the contact’s name and phone in one block, and any other data (like the cart value) in a second block, which becomes context data available for Tino to use in the conversation. The technical details of signing and the full payload format are in the developers tab.

Choose when Tino reaches out

1

Immediate

Disparar imediatamente ao receber (Trigger immediately on receipt) reaches out to each contact as soon as it arrives, 24 hours a day.
2

Within the window

Somente dentro da janela de horários (Only within the time window) waits for the next configured time slot if the contact arrives outside it.
A contact that arrives outside the time window sits in the Fila de Eventos (Event queue), on the tab of the same name in the campaign dashboard, and is processed at the next available time slot, with no action from you.

Rotate the token if needed

If the token leaks or you want to invalidate the old URL, regenerate the token on the Detalhes tab of the campaign dashboard.
Regenerating the token drops the old URL immediately. Update the URL in every system that uses this webhook before regenerating, so you don’t lose new contacts.

Keyword campaign (inbound)

A keyword campaign activates Tino when a contact writes something that matches a pattern you define, for example a word tied to a promotion. Where to find it: step 2 of the wizard, O cliente chega até mim (The customer comes to me) source.
1

Choose the source

In the Público step, check O cliente chega até mim.
2

Add the keywords

Type each word and press Enter. Remove one with the X next to it.
3

Choose the match type

Contém (Contains, default), Igual a (Equals), Começa com (Starts with), Termina com (Ends with), or Regex, for anyone who needs a more advanced pattern.
4

Set the tag applied to the contact

Choose a color and write the tag’s text, for example BF25. It tags the contact as soon as they write the keyword.
5

Adjust the fine-grained options

Check Diferenciar maiúsculas (Case-sensitive) if you want the match to be case-sensitive. Aplicar somente na primeira mensagem (Apply only to the first message) is checked by default, so the trigger doesn’t repeat on every message from the contact.
Once created, the campaign starts Ativa (Active) right away, listening for the configured words. There’s no external connection step for this source: everything happens inside Tartini.

Where to track it after it’s created

  • Campaign dashboard, Detalhes tab: the webhook’s URL and token, or the keyword’s pattern and tag.
  • Campaign dashboard, Fila de Eventos (Event queue) tab (webhook) or Execuções (Executions) tab (keyword): one record per contact that entered.
  • Inbox: conversations opened by a campaign show a Campanha (Campaign) chip.
