This page gathers the most common problems when connecting or keeping a WhatsApp channel active in Tartini.
Who fixes it: Administrator, Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

WhatsApp Business (QR Code) disconnected on its own

Cause: the WhatsApp session on the phone ended. Fix:
1

Open the number list

Go to Configurações > Canais > WhatsApp Business (Settings > Channels > WhatsApp Business).
2

Sync again

Click the ⋮ next to the channel and choose Sincronizar (Sync).
3

Scan the QR Code

Open WhatsApp on your phone and scan the new code.

The QR Code or pairing code no longer works

Likely cause: the code wasn’t scanned in time. Fix: click Gerar novo QR Code (Generate new QR Code) or Gerar novo código (Generate new code), inside the same modal, and try again.

You see “Já existe um canal para esta entidade”

Cause: the Unit you chose already has a channel of that type connected. Fix: use the channel that already exists on that Unit, or connect the number on a different Unit.

The connection drops on its own, or I’m worried the number will get banned

Cause: WhatsApp Business by QR Code uses an unofficial connection. Meta can ban numbers connected this way, and WhatsApp updates can drop the session. Fix: migrate to WABA, Meta’s official connection.

No number shows up for me to select (WABA)

Cause: the WABA doesn’t have any number provisioned yet. That’s what the screen itself points to: “Certifique-se de que você tem números registrados na sua WhatsApp Business Account” (Make sure you have numbers registered in your WhatsApp Business Account). Fix: check under Meta Business > WhatsApp Manager > Números (Meta Business > WhatsApp Manager > Numbers) whether the number is provisioned in the WhatsApp Business Account you authorized.

The Meta window doesn’t open, or authorization fails

Cause: the browser blocked the pop-up. The screen shows the warning “Popup bloqueado pelo navegador. Por favor, permita popups para este site” (Pop-up blocked by the browser. Please allow pop-ups for this site). Fix: allow pop-ups for Tartini in your browser and click Conectar com Meta (Connect with Meta) again.

The number shows up in the selection, but saving fails

Cause: the screen shows the generic warning “Erro ao configurar número. Tente novamente” (Error configuring number. Try again). Fix: try selecting the number again. If the error continues, redo the connection from the start.

The two-step verification PIN isn’t accepted

Cause: the PIN you typed doesn’t match the PIN already registered for that number on Meta, or it has fewer than 6 digits. Fix: use exactly the PIN registered previously for that number. If this is the first time, any 6-digit PIN works, but write it down and keep it safe: it can’t be recovered later.
