Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who sees it: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager. Agent doesn’t have access to the campaign dashboard. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Read the overview
By default, the Métricas (Metrics) tab opens on the Visão Geral (Overview) sub-tab.1
Open the dashboard
Click the campaign in the list, then the Métricas tab.
2
Read the main numbers
Conversas Iniciadas (Conversations Started), Taxa de Resposta (Response Rate), Taxa de Escalação (Escalation Rate), Mensagens Totais (Total Messages), and Taxa de Abandono (Drop-off Rate) sum up performance so far.
3
Check the status distribution
The bar shows how many conversations are Ativo (Active), Concluído (Completed), Aguardando Resposta (Awaiting Response), Transferido (Transferred), or Falhou (Failed).
See each conversation
By default, the Conversas (Conversations) sub-tab lists every conversation from the campaign, most recent first. Where to find it: Métricas tab, Conversas sub-tab.1
Open the sub-tab
Click Conversas, inside Métricas.
2
Filter by agent
Use the filter to see only conversations with no agent (AI only) or those from a specific person.
3
Read the table
Each row shows the contact, how many interactions there were (from the AI and from the contact), the status, and whether the conversation was transferred.
The table shows 20 conversations per page. With no conversation yet, the dashboard notes that conversations show up as soon as contacts interact with the campaign.
Track the conversions
By default, the Conversões (Conversions) sub-tab shows only the contacts who already converted. Where to find it: Métricas tab, Conversões sub-tab.1
See the summary
The total conversions, the rate over conversations started, and the summed value, if the campaign has a value per conversion set up.
2
Switch the filter
Check Todos os contatos (All contacts) to see who hasn’t converted yet.
3
Mark a conversion manually
In the execution list, use Marcar conversão (Mark conversion) to record a conversion the success definition didn’t capture on its own.
A manually marked conversion shows up with the Manual source. The others show the real source: Processo concluído (Process completed), Transferência qualificada (Qualified transfer), Dados coletados (Data collected), or Sinal externo (External signal).
See the drop-offs
By default, the Abandonos (Drop-offs) sub-tab shows conversations that were transferred to the team and then went unanswered. Where to find it: Métricas tab, Abandonos sub-tab. The drop-off rate shows in green below 30%, in yellow between 30% and 49%, and in red at 50% or above. The table shows when each conversation was transferred, when the alert was sent, and the last interaction recorded.Where conversations show up in the Inbox
Every conversation opened by a campaign shows up in the Inbox with a Campanha (Campaign) chip, which helps tell it apart from a conversation the customer started on their own. On the contact’s card, the campaign name shows up for any agent; only managers get the Abrir campanha link to jump straight to the dashboard.Frequently asked questions
