Connecting Varejo Online securely stores your account’s key and gets Tartini ready to use data from your management system in campaigns.
Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who configures it: only the Administrator (Company) sees this screen. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Set up the Varejo Online key

By default, the integration shows up as Não configurada (Not configured). Where to find it: Configurações > Integrações > Contatos de Campanha (Settings > Integrations > Campaign Contacts).
1

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Integrações > Contatos de Campanha.
2

Paste the key

In the Varejo Online card, paste the API key into the Chave API (API key) field.
3

Save

Click Salvar Chave (Save key).
Once saved, the card shows the Ativa (Active) badge and the masked key. To change it, use Alterar Chave (Change key).
An invalid key shows the alert Chave API Inválida (Invalid API key). The key is encrypted and stored securely, and is validated by the backend when you save it.

Check the SAN integration status

The SAN Internet card shows up on this screen when your company has this integration available, with the Ativa (Active) or Não configurada (Not configured) badge. This integration is set up through server environment variables, not through a form on the screen. If you need to activate or review it, contact your system administrator.
1

See the current status

Open Configurações > Integrações > Contatos de Campanha and check the badge on the SAN Internet card.
2

Refresh if needed

Click Atualizar Status (Refresh status) to fetch the latest status for both integrations.

What these integrations do today

Connecting Varejo Online and checking on SAN here lays the groundwork for bringing customers from these systems in as campaign contacts. The current campaign creation wizard, however, only accepts a contact list as a CSV file: it doesn’t yet offer a step to search within these integrations.
If you set up the key and can’t find the option to import directly through the wizard, it’s because this step isn’t in the standard wizard yet. Keep using the CSV, described in Import campaign contacts, until the search feature shows up there.

Frequently asked questions

Only whoever has the Administrator (Company) role. Other roles don’t see the Contatos de Campanha tile in Settings.
The screen warns when the saved key stops being valid, with the Chave API Inválida alert. In that case, paste a new key under Alterar Chave.
It depends on a configuration made by the system administrator, outside this screen. Contact support to review its availability on your account.
Today, importing through these integrations doesn’t feed the creation wizard directly. Use the CSV to upload the contact list.
