Campaigns is a feature of the Scale and Enterprise plans. Who uploads the list: Administrator (Company), Company Manager, Area Manager, and Unit Manager, in the Público (Audience) step of the creation wizard.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
Build the CSV file
By default, the wizard doesn’t accept any other spreadsheet format, only comma-separated CSV. Where to find it: step 2 of the wizard, Campanhas > Campanhas > Nova campanha (Campaigns > Campaigns > New campaign), with the Tenho uma lista (I have a list) source.1

Click Baixar modelo de planilha ↓ (Download spreadsheet template ↓) to get a ready-made CSV with the right columns.

Fill in name and phone
These are the two required columns. Without them, the whole row is ignored.

Add extra columns if you want
Any other column becomes context data for the contact, available for Tino to use in the conversation and for the valor por conversão (value per conversion) field.
Recognized columns, case-insensitive:
nome or name; telefone, phone, celular or whatsapp; email or e-mail. Any other header becomes context data under the column’s original name, for example valor_devido.Upload the file and check the preview
By default, no contact has been added yet: the upload area is empty. Where to find it: same step of the wizard, right below the source selection.1
Upload the CSV
Drag the file into the upload area or click to choose it from your computer.

Read the preview
The card shows the file name, the total number of rows, the valid contacts, and the rows skipped for missing a name or phone.

Check the detected columns
A bar lists the columns the wizard recognized: name, phone, email when present, and the extra columns.

Replace the file if needed
Use trocar arquivo (change file) to upload a different CSV in place of the current one.
The reader doesn’t parse commas inside a field, so avoid values with a comma (like “Rua A, 123”) directly in the CSV.
Common errors
- Nenhum contato válido (No valid contact): the CSV needs recognizable name and phone columns. Check the headers.
- Erro ao processar arquivo CSV (Error processing CSV file): the file format isn’t a valid CSV. Reopen and save it again from a spreadsheet.
- Linhas ignoradas (Skipped rows): every row missing a name or a phone is silently dropped from the valid contact count, without blocking the upload of the rest.
Campaigns across multiple Units
If you have access to more than one Unit, you can replicate the same list to other Units at creation time.1
Check the Units
In the Replicar para outras Unidades (Replicate to other Units) section, check the Units besides the current one. The Unit you’re in stays always checked, with the atual (current) badge.

Confirm
The wizard creates one campaign per selected Unit, with the same contact list. Each Unit’s channel is chosen on its own, except for the current Unit, which uses the channel chosen in step 3.
This option only shows up when creating a list campaign. It’s not possible to replicate after creation, or to change the source of an existing campaign.

Not through the wizard. Once created, the contact list is tracked execution by execution in the campaign dashboard, with no option to replace the file.
