Set what Tino does outside business hours and on follow-up
Three situations, each with its own message:- Alguém chama fora do horário (Someone reaches out outside business hours): Tino lets them know the team will reply later. Only appears when the channel isn’t set to Sempre ativo (Always active).
- O cliente para de responder (The customer stops responding): Tino tries to pick the conversation back up. Set how long to wait (1 to 60 minutes) and how many attempts to make (1 to 5).
- A conversa fica parada (The conversation goes idle): Tino says goodbye and closes it after a period of inactivity (5 to 120 minutes). This rule applies only to conversations Tino is leading; conversations with the team follow Automatic Closing, in Conversation Rules.
