Until the operation is ready, the Home page works like a checklist. It shows what’s missing before the AI can start working and unlocks the steps in the right order.
Only the Administrator can complete the checklist. Other roles see the sua empresa está sendo configurada (your company is being set up) screen, with the progress, until setup is finished.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

The steps

The Processes, Channel, and Team steps stay locked until Identity is complete. Clicking a locked step opens the Conclua a Identidade da Empresa (Complete the Company Identity) modal, which lists what’s missing, with a Cadastrar (Register) button for each item.

What completes Identity

The Company Identity step is considered complete when the Cérebro has:
  • At least three properties (documents, questions and answers, websites, or policies).
  • Items registered in Communication (tone of voice), Guidelines, and Compliance.
  • On plans with AI operations: items registered in Clarifications, Routing, and Availability.
The step shows the percentage while it’s incomplete. See Training the Cérebro to do this in the right order.

The floating widget

On any screen, a circle in the bottom-left corner shows the percentage complete and the current step. Click it to open the Preparando sua operação (Preparing your operation) card, with the steps and the Conectar canal (Connect channel), Convidar equipe (Invite team), and Mapear processos (Map processes) buttons. When you open the Cérebro, Channels, or Users, the widget opens on its own at the matching step.

When everything is ready

With all four steps complete, the widget shows Tudo pronto! (All set!) and the Iniciar trabalho (Start working) button, which takes you to the Inbox. From then on, the Home page shows the operation dashboard instead. See The Home page explained.
Deleting a required item from the Cérebro sends the step back to pending.

Frequently asked questions

Only the Administrator can complete the checklist. Until they finish, other roles see the progress, without the buttons.
It only exists on plans that include Processes (Scale and Enterprise). See Plans and what each one unlocks.
Click Iniciar trabalho (Start working). The widget disappears for this session.
