Sign in through the client area
Click the Tartini access link in the SAN client area. The Autenticando… (Authenticating…) screen appears for a moment, and Tartini opens at the next step.If you see “Token inválido ou expirado”, request a new link through the client area.
Step 1 of 3: create your password
On the Bem-vindo! Crie sua senha (Welcome! Create your password) screen, type your Senha (Password, at least six characters), repeat it in Confirme a senha (Confirm password), and click Continuar (Continue). Once your password is created, you can also sign in through talk.saninternet.com, without going through the client area.If the company requires it: protect your account
When the company requires two-factor authentication, the Proteja sua conta (Protect your account) screen appears before the company name, and no other screen opens until you finish it. The wizard has three steps: confirm your password, scan the code with an authenticator app, and save the recovery codes. See Turn on two-factor authentication.Step 2 of 3: name your company
On the Como se chama sua empresa? (What’s your company called?) screen, type the name (up to one hundred characters) and click Continuar (Continue). It’s the name that identifies your operation across the whole platform, and it can be changed later in Configurações > Empresa > Informações (Settings > Company > Information).Step 3 of 3: build the structure
On the Como sua empresa é organizada? (How is your company organized?) screen, choose one of the three models:
For the last two, type the name of each unit (and each area). To finish with Áreas e unidades, at least one area needs a name and a filled-in unit; anything left blank is discarded. Click Continuar.
The structure can be changed later in Configurações > Empresa > Áreas & Unidades (Settings > Company > Areas & Units). See Areas and Units.
