Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The public audience option requires the Scale plan. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.
View the content list
By default, the list shows all registered items, most recent first. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties). Each row shows the item’s title, the source-type icon, the indexing status, who created it, and the audience. Clicking the row opens the details panel.A site synced with multiple pages appears as a single item in the list, with a badge showing how many subpages it includes.
Filter by audience and search for an item
By default, the list shows public and private content together. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades, filters at the top of the list.1
Choose the knowledge type
Check Conhecimento Público (Public Knowledge) to see what Tino uses in conversations, or Conhecimento Privado (Private Knowledge) for what only Sotto uses. With nothing checked, the list shows everything.
2
Search by title
Type in the Pesquisar… (Search…) field to filter by the item’s name.
Without the Scale plan, the Conhecimento Público option doesn’t appear in the filter, and a fixed notice explains that public content isn’t used by Tino on your plan.
Track the indexing status
Each item shows one of the following statuses, updated in real time: Extracting content, Indexing, Processing, Syncing pages, Failed, Complete, or Indexed. With no active status, the item shows Indexado (Indexed). An item stuck processing for 5 minutes or more is considered stalled. In that case, it becomes eligible for deletion even without finishing processing.Delete an item
Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades, three-dot menu on the item’s row.1
Open the menu
Click the three-dot icon on the item’s row.
2
Choose delete
Click Excluir (Delete).
3
Confirm
Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.
If the item is still processing, the confirmation warns that the deletion is forced and permanent, even if indexing hasn’t finished.
View details and edit content
Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades, click any row in the list (or Ver detalhes (View details) in the three-dot menu).1
Open the panel
Click the row of the item you want to review.
2
Click edit
Click the pencil icon at the top of the panel.
3
Change the content
Edit the text, the audience, or, for questions and answers, the question and answer fields.
4
Save
Click Salvar (Save).
Saving a content edit reprocesses and reindexes the item, which returns to the Processing status. Sites registered as a domain root only allow editing the audience, not the content. The editable text limit is 500,000 characters.
Understand the “Tino aprendeu” card
After an item finishes indexing, a card may appear with a summary of what Tino learned from that content, written in the first person. Where to find it: right below the newly indexed item in the list, and also inside the details panel.1
Read the summary
Check what Tino recorded from that content.
2
Test it, if you'd like
Click Testar conhecimentos adquiridos (Test acquired knowledge) to open Sotto with a sample question ready to send.
The card can be dismissed with the X and won’t appear again after that.
