Registering questions and answers trains Tino without needing a document: you write exactly the question and answer you want it to use.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The public audience requires the Scale plan. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Create question-and-answer pairs in batch

By default, the form opens with an empty pair, ready to fill in. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties), Q&A button.
1

Open the form

Click Q&A, in the Add group (or, with an empty list, the Pergunta e Resposta (Question and Answer) card).
2

Choose the audience

Check Conhecimento Público (Public Knowledge) or Conhecimento Privado (Private Knowledge).
3

Fill in the pair

Write the question in Pergunta (Question) and the ideal answer in Resposta (Answer).
4

Add more pairs (optional)

Click Adicionar outro par (Add another pair) to register several at once.
5

Submit

Click Adicionar (Add).
Only pairs with both question and answer filled in are submitted. There’s no limit on the number of pairs in the same batch.

Choose the right audience

The audience decides who uses that pair: Conhecimento Público is accessible to the end customer through Tino; Conhecimento Privado stays restricted to Sotto and the internal team.
Without the Scale plan, the public option doesn’t appear in the selector, and every new pair starts out as private.

Edit it later

A question-and-answer pair can be corrected at any time from the details panel, without needing to recreate it. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades, click the pair’s row.
1

Open the panel

Click the row of the pair you want to correct.
2

Click edit

Click the pencil icon.
3

Adjust the text

Change the question, the answer, or the audience.
4

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
Saving an edit automatically reindexes the pair. The pair becomes available again as soon as processing finishes.

Delete a pair

Where to find it: the pair’s details panel, in Cérebro > Propriedades.
1

Open the panel

Click the row of the pair you want to remove.
2

Delete it

Click the trash icon at the top of the panel.
3

Confirm

Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.
Deletion removes the pair completely from the knowledge base. There’s no way to deactivate a pair without deleting it, unlike other items registered in the Cérebro.
