Find a content’s discoveries
By default, an item with no pending discoveries shows no extra icon in the list. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties), Descobertas (Discoveries) column. When a piece of content generates suggestions, a spark icon (identity suggestions) or a stack icon (process candidates) appears on that item’s row, with a number showing how many discoveries are waiting for review.Review identity suggestions
Identity suggestions are proposals for communication, guidelines, compliance, clarifications, routing, or situational context, extracted from a specific piece of content.1
Open the discoveries
Click the spark icon on the content’s row.
2
Review by category
Each group shows the title, the suggestion’s body, and, if applicable, a notice that it replaces an existing entry.
3
Decide
Click Aprovar (Approve), Editar (Edit), or Descartar (Discard) on each item.
Editing a suggestion in this modal saves the changes, but the item stays pending until you click Aprovar (Approve). No suggestion applies to conversations before it’s approved.
Review process candidates
Process candidates are proposals for conversation playbooks that Tino identified from the indexed content.1
Open the candidates
Click the stack icon on the content’s row.
2
Choose an action
Click Abrir mapeamento (Open mapping) to review in detail, Aprovar (Approve) to publish it as a process, or Descartar (Discard).
Opening the mapping doesn’t discard the candidate: it stays pending until you publish the mapped process. Approving can create the process already active or inactive, depending on the chosen option.
