Uploading a document puts existing content into the knowledge base: Tino reads the file and learns the content automatically, without you needing to rewrite anything.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The public audience requires the Scale plan. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Upload one or more documents

By default, a new document waits for the audience choice before uploading. Where to find it: Cérebro > Propriedades (Cérebro > Properties), Arquivo (File) button.
1

Open the upload

Click Arquivo (File), in the Add group (or, with an empty list, the Enviar documento (Upload document) card).
2

Choose the audience

Check Conhecimento Público (Public Knowledge, used by Tino) or Conhecimento Privado (Private Knowledge, used only by Sotto).
3

Select the files

Click Selecionar arquivos (Select files) or drag the files to the indicated area.
4

Upload

Click Enviar (Upload).
Accepted formats: PDF, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, TXT, or MD. The limit is 30 MB per file and up to 10 files per upload. Above that, remove a file or send it in another batch.

Track the processing

After uploading, each document appears in the Properties list with the status Processing or Indexing, updated in real time. When it finishes, the status changes to Indexed. If a file exceeds the size limit, it’s rejected before uploading, with a warning naming the file, and the rest of the batch’s files proceed normally.
Uploading and indexing documents consumes credits. Track your usage in Settings > Billing > Usage.

What happens after uploading

When indexing finishes, the content can already be used by Tino (if public) or by Sotto (if private or public). A Tino aprendeu (Tino learned) card may appear with a summary of what was extracted, and a button to test the knowledge in the Cérebro’s side chat. If the document generates automatic personality suggestions or process candidates, the list shows an icon in the Descobertas (Discoveries) column, and a notice arrives in real time. See how to review these suggestions in Use the knowledge base intelligence. To review or correct the extracted text, edit the audience, or delete the document, use the details panel described in Register the company’s properties.
