Before trusting new content to customer service, you can ask the Cérebro directly and see the answer it would give, without waiting for a real conversation.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Every message sent consumes credits. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Open the test chat

By default, the test chat isn’t open: you need to call it up. Where to find it: Cérebro > Panorama (Cérebro > Overview), Converse com o cérebro… (Chat with the brain…) field, or the floating Sotto button, in the right corner of the screen, available on any Cérebro screen.
1

Write a question

Type in the Converse com o cérebro… field, on the Overview, or click the floating Sotto button, in the right corner of the screen, on any other Cérebro screen.
2

Send

Press Enter or click the send button. The side chat opens with the question already sent.

Test after indexing content

Every time a document, question and answer, or page finishes indexing, you can test what was learned without leaving that content’s context. Where to find it: the Tino aprendeu (Tino learned) card, in the Properties list or in an item’s details panel.
1

Find the card

It appears right below a newly indexed item, with a summary of what Tino learned.
2

Click Testar conhecimentos adquiridos (Test acquired knowledge)

The panel closes and the chat opens with the learning summary and a suggested question already typed in.
3

Send the question

Review the pre-filled text and click send.
The suggested question isn’t sent on its own: you still need to click send to see the answer.

Choose which audience to test against

The chat has an audience selector, labeled Propriedades (Properties), with the options Pública (Public) and Privada (Private). It restricts which content the test question is answered against, using the same public and private split as Properties.
