Tartini already has native professional communication features. Here you add complementary styles, formal, casual, technical, or empathetic, to adapt Tino’s language to each service context.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Create a communication style

By default, no complementary style is registered. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Comunicação (Cérebro > Personality > Communication).
1

Open the form

Click Adicionar estilo (Add style).
2

Write the title

Fill in the title field, for example “Formal tone for corporate customers”.
3

Describe the style

Write how Tino should communicate in that style.
4

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).
The title and text can’t repeat across styles already registered. The screen warns when it finds a duplicate and blocks saving.

Use a ready-made template

Instead of writing from scratch, you can start from a template used by other companies. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Comunicação, Modelos que outras empresas costumam adotar (Templates other companies often adopt) block.
1

Choose a template

Click one of the suggested templates, or Ver todos (View all) to see the full list by category.
2

Adjust the text

The form opens already filled in with the template’s title and body. Edit it before saving, if you’d like.
3

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).

Edit or delete a style

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Comunicação, click any card in the Estilos cadastrados (Registered styles) list.
1

Open the card

Click the style you want to change.
2

Edit the fields

Change the title or the text.
3

Save or delete

Click Salvar (Save), or Excluir (Delete) to remove the style, with confirmation.
There’s no active/inactive toggle for communication styles. The only way to take a style out of use is to delete it.

Review Tino’s suggestions

When Tino identifies a possible communication style from a piece of Cérebro content, the suggestion appears at the top of the screen, before the list of registered styles, and doesn’t apply to conversations until it’s approved. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Comunicação, Sugestões do Tino (Tino’s suggestions) block.
1

Read the suggestion

Check the title, the text, and, if present, the reason Tino recorded for suggesting it.
2

Decide

Click Aceitar (Accept) to approve as is, Editar (Edit) to adjust before approving, or Negar (Deny) to discard.
Editing a suggestion and saving it already approves the edited version in the same click, with the Save and approve button.
