Tartini already follows native best-practice guidelines for customer service. Here you add your own: personalized greetings, standard procedures, and steps specific to your company.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Create a guideline

By default, a guideline starts out active as soon as it’s created. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Diretrizes (Cérebro > Personality > Guidelines).
1

Open the form

Click Adicionar diretriz (Add guideline).
2

Write the title

Fill in the title field, for example “Initial greeting”.
3

Describe the guideline

Write what Tino should follow.
4

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).
The title and text can’t repeat across guidelines already registered. The screen warns and blocks saving when it finds a duplicate.

Activate or deactivate a guideline without deleting it

A guideline can be temporarily turned off without losing the record. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Diretrizes, inside a card’s edit view.
1

Open the card

Click the guideline you want to change.
2

Turn it on or off

Use the Ativo/Inativo (Active/Inactive) toggle.
3

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
An inactive guideline stays registered, but stops applying to conversations until it’s reactivated.

Use a ready-made template

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Diretrizes, Modelos que outras empresas costumam adotar (Templates other companies often adopt) block, organized by categories like Service, Support, Account and access, and Financial.
1

Choose a template

Click a suggested template, or Ver todos (View all) for the full list.
2

Adjust the text

The form opens filled in with the template’s title and body.
3

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).

Delete a guideline

Where to find it: inside the guideline card’s edit view.
1

Open the card

Click the guideline you want to remove.
2

Click Excluir (Delete)

The button sits next to the edit fields.
3

Confirm

Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.

Review Tino’s suggestions

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Diretrizes, Sugestões do Tino (Tino’s suggestions) block, when there’s one pending.
1

Read the suggestion

Check the title, the text, and the reason, if there is one.
2

Decide

Click Aceitar (Accept), Editar (Edit), or Negar (Deny).
A suggestion doesn’t apply to conversations until it’s accepted. Editing and saving already approves the guideline in the same action.
