Conformidade (Compliance) brings together your company’s security and policy rules that Tino always follows, like asking for confirmation before handling sensitive data.
Who can see this: Administrator and Company Manager. Available on all plans. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Create a rule

By default, a new rule starts out active and in the Cumprir como está escrito (Comply as written) mode in both conversation types. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Conformidade (Cérebro > Personality > Compliance).
1

Open the form

Click Adicionar regra (Add rule).
2

Write the title and text

Describe the rule the way you’d explain it to a new agent, for example “Ownership verification”.
3

Choose the modes

Set how the rule is followed for Receptivo (Receptive) and Ativo (Active).
4

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).
Every rule always applies to both conversation types: Receptivo (the customer reached out to the company) and Ativo (the company reached out to the customer). What changes between them is only the compliance mode, never whether the rule applies.

Understand the four compliance modes

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Conformidade, O que significa cada modo de cumprimento (What each compliance mode means) link, above the rules list.
Only the “A origem do contato já identifica” mode requires your explicit confirmation, because it’s the only one that skips a check.

Edit a live rule

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Conformidade, click any row in the Regras no ar (Live rules) table.
1

Open the rule

Click the row of the rule you want to change.
2

Adjust the text or the modes

Change the title, the body, the Active/Inactive toggle, and the mode selectors.
3

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
If you only change the text, without touching the mode selectors, Tino rereads the rule within a few seconds and proposes the modes again, which shows up as pending until you confirm. If you change the modes manually, the choice applies right away and isn’t overwritten by a reread.

Review Tino’s discoveries

Tino reads the Cérebro’s documents and brings here the compliance rules it finds on its own. None of them apply to conversations until approved. Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Conformidade, discoveries block, above the rules list.
1

Read the discovery

Check the title, the body, and, when available, the source in the Cérebro.
2

Decide item by item

Click the approve, edit, or discard icon on each discovery.
3

Approve in bulk, if you'd like

Use Aprovar as N de rotina (Approve the N routine items) to accept at once the discoveries that don’t require your confirmation.
A discovery marked “precisa de você” proposes skipping the check for some type of conversation. Until you confirm, the rule is followed to the letter.

Use a ready-made template

Where to find it: Cérebro > Personalidade > Conformidade, Modelos que outras empresas costumam adotar (Templates other companies often adopt) block, with categories like General, Industry, Commerce, and Services.
1

Choose a template

Click a suggested template, or Ver todos (View all).
2

Adjust before saving

The form opens filled in with the template’s text.
3

Save

Click Adicionar (Add).

Delete a rule

Where to find it: inside the rule’s edit view, in the Regras no ar table.
1

Open the rule

Click the rule’s row.
2

Click Excluir (Delete)

Confirm in the window that opens.
Leaving a rule inactive is reversible and keeps the reading Tino already did. Deleting erases both: if you recreate the rule later, it goes through a new reading.
