Set the time zone
By default, the time zone is São Paulo (GMT-3). Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Disponibilidade (Brain > Operations > Availability), Fuso Horário (Time Zone) card.1
Open the selector
Go to the Fuso Horário card.

Choose the time zone
Select from the available options, such as São Paulo, Manaus, or New York.
The time zone change saves as soon as you choose an option; you don’t need a separate Save button.
Set hours for each day
By default, no hours are configured. Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Disponibilidade, Horários de Atendimento (Business Hours) card.1
Choose a day
Click the day of the week you want to configure.

Add a time slot
Click Adicionar horário (Add time slot) and fill in the start and end times.

Repeat if needed
Add as many time slots as you want on the same day, for example morning and afternoon.

Save
Click Salvar (Save).
Only one day stays open for editing at a time. Switching days with pending changes is blocked until you save or cancel.
Copy hours across days
After configuring one day, you can copy the same hours to the other days without retyping them. Where to find it: the card for a day that already has hours set, Seg-Sex (Mon-Fri) and Todos (All) buttons.1
Choose the target
Click Seg-Sex to copy Monday through Friday, or Todos for all seven days.

Wait for the copy to finish
An indicator shows progress while the hours are copied.
Copying replaces all existing hours on the target days with the hours from the source day. There’s no way to copy to a single specific day, only Seg-Sex or Todos.
Remove a time slot
Where to find it: inside the expanded day, next to each time slot.1
Open the day
Click the day of the week with the time slot you want to remove.

Remove the slot
Click the trash icon next to the slot.

Save
Click Salvar.
Saving is blocked while any slot for the day has a blank start or end time.
