Create a context
By default, a new context has no start or end date, and applies right away. Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Contexto Situacional (Brain > Operations > Situational Context).1
Open the form
Click Adicionar contexto (Add context).

Write the title
Fill in the title, for example “Manutenção programada”.

Describe the instruction
Explain the situation and how Tino should behave during that period.

Set the period (optional)
Fill in Início (Start) and Fim (End), with date and time, if the context has a deadline.

Save
Click Adicionar (Add).
Title and instruction are required. Dates are optional: without them, the context applies indefinitely.
Understand each context’s status
Each context shows one of the four statuses below, calculated automatically from the dates and the Ativo/Inativo (Active/Inactive) toggle:Turning off the toggle always shows Inativo, even if the context is within the period. The status is recalculated every time the screen is opened.
Edit or delete a context
Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Contexto Situacional, click any card in the list.1
Open the card
Click the context you want to change.

Adjust the fields
Change the title, the instruction, the dates, or the Ativo/Inativo toggle.

Save or delete
Click Salvar (Save), or the trash icon Excluir contexto (Delete context), with confirmation.
Review Tino’s suggestions
Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Contexto Situacional, Sugestões do Tino (Tino’s Suggestions) block, when there’s one pending.1
Read the suggestion
Check the title and the instruction.

Decide
Click Aceitar (Accept), Editar (Edit), or Negar (Deny).
A suggestion doesn’t apply to service before it’s accepted. Editing and saving already approves the context in the same action.

Yes, as long as it’s active. Without dates, the status shown is Ativo and the period appears as “sem período definido”.

The status shown becomes Inativo, even if the date is still in effect. The toggle always takes priority over the dates.
