Contact statuses show, in a standardized way, where each person stands in the relationship, such as “Lead”, “Cliente ativo”, or “Inativo”. The order set here is the same one that appears in the contact record’s selector.
Who sees this: any role with access to the Cérebro (the company’s brain) can view the list. Only Administrator and Company Manager can create, edit, reorder, or delete statuses. Requires the Scale plan. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Click Adicionar status (Add status).
2

Select a color to identify the status.
3

Write the name

Fill in the name, for example “Cliente ativo”, with up to 40 characters.
4

Mark it as default, if applicable

Turn on Atribuir por padrão a contatos sem status (Assign by default to contacts with no status).
5

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
Only one status can be the default at a time. When you create a new one, the screen shows which status is currently the default next to the field.

Reorder the statuses

The order of the list is the order that appears in the contact record’s selector. Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Status de Contato, arrows next to each status.
1

Choose the status

Find the status you want to move.
2

Move it

Click the up or down arrow.
The arrows are disabled at both ends of the list.

Edit or delete a status

Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Status de Contato, action buttons on each card.
1

Edit

Click Editar (Edit), adjust the color or the name, and confirm.
2
