Clarifications teach Tino to recognize a vague or incomplete message and ask for the missing information before continuing.
Who sees this: Administrator and Company Manager. Requires the Scale plan.The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

Create a clarification

By default, no clarifications are set up. Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Esclarecimentos (Brain > Operations > Clarifications).

Open the form

Click Adicionar esclarecimento (Add clarification).

Write the name

Fill in the title, for example “Clarificar produto de interesse”.

Describe the situation

Explain when and how Tino should ask for clarification.

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
The title and description can’t repeat across clarifications that are already set up. There’s no limit on the number.

Use a ready-made template

Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Esclarecimentos, templates block, with suggestions such as “Esclareça mensagens curtas”, “Detalhe o problema com o produto”, and “Confirme o endereço de entrega”.

Choose a template

Click one of the suggested templates, or Explorar modelos (Explore templates) to see them all.

Adjust the text

The form opens pre-filled with the template’s title and description.

Save

Click Salvar.

Turn a clarification on or off

Where to find it: inside the clarification card’s edit view.

Open the card

Click the clarification you want to change.

Turn it on or off

Use the Ativo/Inativo (Active/Inactive) toggle.

Save

Click Salvar.

Delete a clarification

Where to find it: inside the clarification card’s edit view.

Open the card

Click the clarification you want to remove.

Click Delete

The button appears next to the edit fields.

Confirm

Confirm the deletion in the window that opens.
Deleting a clarification is different from deactivating it: deleting erases the record completely, while deactivating keeps it saved and lets you reactivate it later.

Review Tino’s suggestions

Where to find it: Cérebro > Operações > Esclarecimentos, Sugestões do Tino (Tino’s Suggestions) block, when there’s one pending.

Read the suggestion

Check the title and the description.

Decide

Click Aceitar (Accept), Editar (Edit), or Negar (Deny).
A suggestion doesn’t apply to service before it’s accepted. Editing and saving already approves the clarification in the same action.

Frequently asked questions

Clarifications are free-text instructions for when the customer’s message is vague, for example asking for more detail about a product. Contact fields are structured, with a key and a type, and collect permanent data on the person’s record.
