Start a new process
By default, the Mapeamento (Mapping) list shows the processes already mapped, with a shortcut to start a new one. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Mapeamento (Brain > Processes > Mapping).1
Choose a starting point
Click Novo processo (New process) to start from scratch, or one of the example cards, such as “2ª via de boleto” or “Reset de senha”, to start with a ready-made message.

Watch the preview
Next to the conversation, a panel shows the process fields filling in in real time.
Evaluate and publish the process
By default, the mapping is only considered complete after the Saídas (Outputs) step.1
Evaluate capacity, if available
When there’s already a step-by-step, click Avaliar capacidade (Evaluate capacity) for Quattro to measure what Tino resolves at each step, or Pular por ora (Skip for now).

Review
Click Revisar (Review) (or Revisar e publicar (Review and publish)) to check the full 5W2H, coverage, and step-by-step.

Adjust the outputs
For each outcome, accept, edit, or discard the destination Quattro suggested.

Publish
Click Publicar processo (Publish process).
Saving without publishing creates or updates the process, but deactivated, and doesn’t save the outputs. Outputs are only saved when you publish.
View and edit an already mapped process
Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Mapeamento, click any card in the list.1
Open the process
Click the process card.

Choose the type of edit
Use Editar conteúdo (Edit content) to change only text and step codes, or Editar com o Quattro (Edit with Quattro) to change the structure, add, remove, or reorder steps.

Save
Confirm the edit.
Adding, removing, or reordering steps, and changing gateways and conditions, is only possible through the conversation with Quattro. The content editor is only for text that already exists.
See the process’s output path
Where to find it: the process card, the Ver fluxo (View flow) icon, or inside the process detail. A graph shows where the conversation goes for each outcome of that process. It’s read-only: to change the outputs, use Editar com o Quattro.Review process discoveries
Tino also identifies process candidates on its own, from content already indexed in the Cérebro or from documents uploaded specifically for this analysis. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Descobertas (Brain > Processes > Discoveries).1

Review a candidate
Click Abrir mapeamento (Open mapping) to review in detail, without discarding or publishing anything yet.

Click Aprovar (Approve) to create the process inactive, or Aprovar e publicar ativo (Approve and publish active) to put it into operation right away.

Click Descartar (Discard) and confirm.
