Vocabulary

Words we use: operation · standard · judgment · monitoring · clarity · a single voice · scale · results · how far the AI goes · people and AI. Words we don’t use:

automation, automate: they bring to mind the numbered-menu robot. Instead: agents that work, configure per channel, delegate.
flows: use processes, steps, or workstreams.
new era, revolutionize, supercharge, transform: they take up the line without saying anything.
AI technical jargon: the reader manages customer service.
folks, alongside AI: always say people.

Names. Tartini capitalized in running text, tartini lowercase in the lockup. Cérebro, Tino, Sotto, Scout, and Quattro are proper names and are not translated. The two sides are written in lowercase, with a slash: equipe/… and ia/…
