Create a group
By default, a new group starts marked as fluxo próprio (own flow), without inheriting the global path. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Grupos (Brain > Processes > Groups).1
Open the form
Click Novo grupo (New group) (or Criar primeiro grupo (Create first group), if there isn’t one yet).

Write the name
Fill in Nome (Name), for example “Suporte financeiro”.

Describe the group (optional)
Fill in Descrição (Description) with what the group is for.

Add processes
Select a process in the Adicionar processo ao grupo… (Add process to group…) field and click Adicionar (Add).

Save
Click Criar grupo (Create group).
Saving always replaces the group’s entire set of processes with the current list on the screen; it doesn’t add to what already existed.
Mark the starting process
The star next to a process defines where the group’s campaign begins. It’s optional. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Grupos, inside the group’s settings.1

Find the process that should open the campaign.

Import the global path when adding a process
When you add a process, you choose whether it comes in with its own path inside the group or brings the global path as a starting point.1
Turn on the import, if you want
Turn on Importar fluxo global ao adicionar (Import global flow on add) before choosing the process.

Add the process
The process comes in marked for import, shown as a preview until you save.

Save
When you save the group, the processes the global path points to also come in, nested under the original process.
Removing a process that brought others in by import removes the imported ones too. An imported process can’t be removed on its own, separate from the parent that brought it in.
Edit the group’s path (the group’s flow)
Once saved, each group has its own editable graph, called Fluxo do grupo (Group flow), separate from each process’s global path. Where to find it: the group’s settings, Fluxo (Flow) tab.1
Choose the mode
Select Herdar fluxo global (Inherit global flow) (what you set here only overrides this campaign) or Fluxo próprio do grupo (Group’s own flow) (ignores the global path completely).

Focus on a process
In the top bar, click the process you want to edit.

Edit an output
Click an outcome chip on the graph and fill in the target: another process, triage, transfer to a department, or closing.

Save the output
Click Salvar saída (Save output).
Editing an output here doesn’t change the process’s global path in other campaigns. Only one problem is treated as a real failure in the Saúde do fluxo (Flow health) panel: a cycle with no way out.
