See the Catalog’s findings
By default, the screen loads with the most recent report, recalculated every time it opens. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Catálogo (Brain > Processes > Catalog). Findings appear grouped by severity, from most severe to least. Each one shows the type of problem, the related process, an explanation of what’s wrong, and how to fix it.The screen shows up to 30 findings at a time, even if there are more. Use Carregar mais (Load more) to see the rest.
Filter and search for a finding
Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Catálogo, filter bar at the top.1
Filter by severity
Check Alta (High), Média (Medium), or Baixa (Low), one or more at a time.
2
Filter by type
Choose a specific type, such as “saída sem destino” or “avaliação desatualizada”.
3
Search by process
Type in the Buscar processo… (Search process…) field.
Fix a finding
Each finding has a fix button that takes you straight to the right screen to resolve the problem. Where to find it: Cérebro > Processos > Catálogo, inside each finding card.1
Read the problem
Check the problem’s text and the explanation of how to fix it.
2
Click the fix button
The label changes depending on the type, for example “Definir o próximo passo em Fluxo” or “Reescrever o passo a passo em Mapeamento”.
3
Fix it on the destination screen
You land on the right screen, with a notice explaining why you ended up there and a link to go back.
The “ver no diagnóstico” link is only evidence: it shows the problem’s impact on real conversations, in Scout. The fix button is always what actually resolves the problem.
Re-evaluate the Catalog
The report is always recalculated when you open the screen. The Reavaliar (Re-evaluate) button just redoes that same query.1
Click Re-evaluate
The icon spins while the report is being redone.
The bridge to the diagnosis in Scout
The Catálogo only looks at the records, independent of real conversations. To see how each process actually performed in service, the diagnosis lives in Scout, accessible through the “ver no diagnóstico” link on any finding with an associated process.Frequently asked questions
