The Processos screen cross-references the processes registered in the Cérebro with real conversations and shows where each one is failing, without you having to reread evaluation after evaluation.
Available starting with the Scale plan. Every role sees this screen, in their own scope. The Tartini interface is in Portuguese. Screen and button names appear here exactly as on screen, with the translation in parentheses.

See How Many Services Each Process Had

By default, the chart orders processes by number of services, from highest to lowest. Where it is: Scout > Processos (Scout > Processes).
1

Open the screen

Go to Scout > Processos.
2

Choose the criterion

Click ordenar por (sort by) to switch between services, completion rate, and non-completion rate.
3

Reverse if you want

Click the order icon to switch between highest first and lowest first.
4

See the breakdown

Hover over a bar to read how many conversations completed, partially completed, didn’t complete, or were missing a required piece of information.
A process that was never entered within the scope still appears this way, even if it exists in the Cérebro.

See Process Coverage

Two cards show the percentage of conversations with an available process that actually entered a process: one for em campanha (in campaign) and another for no atendimento do dia a dia (in day-to-day service).
Without a record of which processes were available outside of campaigns, the day-to-day card shows as not measured, even if the process is running normally.

See Performance by Process

By default, the table follows the same order as the chart above. Where it is: the Desempenho por processo (Performance by process) table, below the chart.
1

Filter by failures

Check só processos com falha (only processes with failures) to see only what needs attention.
2

Choose the order

Switch between the same order as the chart and pior leitura (worst reading) first.
3

Read the three columns

Compare uso correto (correct use), conclusão (completion), and nota das conversas (conversation score) for each process.
Uso correto measures whether, in the evaluated conversations, Tino made the right call to use or not use that process. Conclusão measures whether the conversations that entered the process reached its end. Nota das conversas is the score from 0 to 10 of the conversations where the process appeared, with a floor of 10 evaluated conversations.

Open a Process’s Diagnosis

Clicking a bar in the chart or a row in the table opens that process’s diagnosis: the exact reason for the failure, whether at entry, in progression, or in its effect on the customer, and a button that leads straight to the Cérebro screen where it gets fixed.
1

Open the process

Click the bar or the row for the process.
2

Read the diagnosis

See the sentence that explains what’s failing in that process.
3

Fix it

Click the fix button. It takes you to the right Cérebro screen, already in the context of that process.
Below 10 evaluated conversations with the process, the screen doesn’t yet indicate a fix. Widen the period or wait for more services.

Frequently Asked Questions

Fewer than 10 evaluated conversations with that process in the chosen scope.
The database only records which processes were available during campaigns. Outside of them, that record doesn’t exist yet.
