Turn Tino on in a channel

By default, Tino is turned off in every channel. Where it is: Configurações > Atendimento > IA por canal (Settings > Service > AI by channel).
1

Open the screen

Go to Configurações > Atendimento > IA por canal (Settings > Service > AI by channel).
2

Choose the channel

In the list on the left, click the channel you want to configure.
3

Turn on Tino

Turn on the Tino ligado (Tino on) switch.
A channel turned on for the first time starts with the Sempre ativo (Always active) schedule. Adjust the schedule before or after turning it on, whichever you prefer.

Set when Tino serves

Choose one of three options:
  • Sempre ativo (Always active): Tino replies at any time.
  • Horário do expediente (Business hours): copies the business hours already registered for your company.
  • Personalizado (Custom): days and periods just for this channel.
1

Open the channel's schedule

In the channel’s detail view, go to Quando Tino atende (When Tino serves).
2

Choose the schedule type

Select Sempre ativo (Always active), Horário do expediente (Business hours), or Personalizado (Custom).
3

Build the periods, if Custom

Check the days of the week and set the start and end time for each period. Click + Adicionar período (+ Add period) to include more than one.
4

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
The schedule copied from Horário do expediente (Business hours) doesn’t follow future changes. If you change the company’s business hours later, come back here and choose it again.

Set what Tino does outside business hours and on follow-up

Three situations, each with its own message:
  • Alguém chama fora do horário (Someone reaches out outside business hours): Tino lets them know the team will reply later. Only appears when the channel isn’t set to Sempre ativo (Always active).
  • O cliente para de responder (The customer stops responding): Tino tries to pick the conversation back up. Set how long to wait (1 to 60 minutes) and how many attempts to make (1 to 5).
  • A conversa fica parada (The conversation goes idle): Tino says goodbye and closes it after a period of inactivity (5 to 120 minutes). This rule applies only to conversations Tino is leading; conversations with the team follow Automatic Closing, in Conversation Rules.
1

Turn on follow-up

In the O que ele faz (What it does) section, turn on O cliente para de responder (The customer stops responding) and set the wait time and number of attempts.
2

Turn on closing

Turn on A conversa fica parada (The conversation goes idle) and set the inactivity time.
3

Write the messages, if you want to customize them

Fill in the message field on each card, or leave it blank to use the default text.
4

Save

Click Salvar (Save).
