# The voice

> How the brand writes, the permitted vocabulary, the banned terms, and the AI signature.

The sentence states instead of explaining, brings data instead of adjectives, and the subject is always whoever manages the operation.

A headline built on negation makes the reader think about what it denies.

## Vocabulary

**Words we use:** operation · standard · judgment · monitoring · clarity · a single voice · scale · results · how far the AI goes · people and AI.

**Words we don't use:**

* **automation, automate**: they bring to mind the numbered-menu robot. Instead: agents that work, configure per channel, delegate.
* **flows**: use processes, steps, or workstreams.
* **new era, revolutionize, supercharge, transform**: they take up the line without saying anything.
* **AI technical jargon**: the reader manages customer service.
* **folks, alongside AI**: always say people.

**Names.** Tartini capitalized in running text, tartini lowercase in the lockup. Cérebro, Tino, Sotto, Scout, and Quattro are proper names and are not translated. The two sides are written in lowercase, with a slash: equipe/… and ia/…

## The AI signature

When the artificial intelligence writes, it identifies itself. The block carries a 1.5px dashed cobalt border, a veil in the same blue, and the signature in mono:
